Style: Dress Smarter, Not Harder

 #TheKeyToSuccess

Is it me, or does it always feel like we're in the "transitional phase"? Either way, let's get ready for Mother Nature's bi-polar moods by dressing smarter and not harder.

When it comes to transitional weather, you never know what you're going to get. Mother Nature likes to test our fashion senses by throwing all four seasons at once, which means our outfits can equally be unpredictable.

To prepare yourself for the forecast battle, try to rethink the role of your clothes. Re-purpose what you already have and make it more suitable for transitional seasons. Remember, dress smarter, not harder. This may seem pretty obvious, but a lot of people are quick to jump the gun and buy a whole new wardrobe.

Try layering your lightweight jacket with something that will keep you warm. I like to wear my denim jacket over a fur lining so I can quickly adjust to the weather.

I know you're excited to pack away your winter clothes but save your favorite winter booties. They'll keep your toes dry and warm in any sporadic conditions.
